Ki-Hun is especially interested in structure integration. As an osteopathic manual practitioner, he supports people to live their lives fully, free of pain by aligning the spine and integrating it with the rest of the body parts to optimize the nerve force and blood circulation. I am currently working towards to becoming an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, while being enrolled at Sutherland Chan School of Osteopathy. Osteopathy has given me the fascination for the innate ability we have as humans, when provided back function to the body (the role of the Osteopath), to heal ourselves. This holistic way of thinking is unique and brings a meditative approach to medicine. While in Osteopathy school, I am still working with the running community as a Kinesiologist to build stronger and more resilient runners. As a student of Osteopathy with a registered kinesiology license, I can still practice manual osteopathic techniques on the general public. I use a combination of osteopathic manual techniques, ELDOA postural techniques, and movement correction to solve an issue.

I am an avid runner in the Toronto running community. My favourite place to run is at dusk or early morning in the Humber Valley near Old Mill. I grew up running there as a kid with my primary school running coach and fell in love with the art of running. The Humber trail is a place for grounding with its abundance of nature and calm energy, which is scarce in such a fast paced city like Toronto. The loose gravel stretch is a great contrast to the roads and gives the legs a break from the pounding of the pavement. Can never have a bad run in a place so peaceful and full of life. I primarily raced on the track in high school and university, with the 800m distance being my favourite.
